2.How orders work
When you place an order, you’re making a deal with us. Cancellation will be acceptet within 24 hours. Once it is ready for shipping, you will finally get an invoice and a DHL tracking number.

3. Prices & Shipping
All prices are brut prices, incl. VAT! For business customers with a valid VAT ID, invoicing is carried out on a net basis under the reverse charge mechanism.
Shipping costs? We’ll show them clearly at checkout – no surprises!

4. Delivery times
We ship with DHL to your delivery indicated delivery address.
Most orders arrive in about:

• 3–5 business days in Germany

• 5–7 business days in Europe

• 7–14 days rest of the world

5. How you can pay
We accept only prepayment!

6. Who owns what
The stuff’s yours once you’ve paid for it. Until then, it’s technically still ours.

7. If something goes wrong
We play fair and follow the law. If there’s a problem, let us know – Our gears can be returned and will be repaired or if necessary replaced, but refund is not possible.

8. Final bits
If any part of these terms doesn’t work legally, the rest still stands.
We go by German law (but no international sales law stuff).

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

Exception: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products, which were produced specifically according to the customer's individual specifications and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
