2. How orders work
When you place an order, you’re making a deal with us. Cancellation will be acceptet within 24 hours. You will get an order confirmation and finally an invoice. Once it is ready for shipping, you will get a DHL tracking number.

4. Delivery times
We ship with DHL to your delivery indicated delivery address.
Most orders arrive in about:

• 3–5 business days in Germany

• 5–7 business days in Europe

• 7–14 days rest of the world

6. Who owns what

We play fair and follow the law. If there’s a problem, let us know – Our gears can be returned and will be repaired or if necessary replaced, but refund is not possible.
