2.How orders work
When you place an order, you’re making a deal with us. Cancellation will be acceptet within 24 hours. Once it is ready for shipping, you will finally get an invoice and a DHL tracking number.

3. Prices & Shipping
All prices are brut prices, incl. VAT! For business customers with a valid VAT ID, invoicing is carried out on a net basis under the reverse charge mechanism.
Shipping costs? We’ll show them clearly at checkout – no surprises!

4. Delivery times
We ship with DHL to your delivery indicated delivery address.
Most orders arrive in about:

• 3–5 business days in Germany

• 5–7 business days in Europe

• 7–14 days rest of the world

5. How you can pay
We accept only prepayment!

6. Who owns what
The stuff’s yours once you’ve paid for it. Until then, it’s technically still ours.

7. If something goes wrong
We play fair and follow the law. If there’s a problem, let us know – Our gears can be returned and will be repaired or if necessary replaced, but refund is not possible.
